Returns & Exchanges

Chinatown Country Club offers a 14-day return window for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
